Quest Bug

    So, I have this quest Big Fish in a Small Pond, and i have to speak with Igor Bartali to finish my quest, but after I speak with him, I don't have any option to finish my quest, is the quest bugged, if yes, is it possible to repair this somehow?\

    Players in-game helped me to solve this problem.

    But, in case you can't talk with Igor... talk with his wife Islin shes inside the little pub next to him and then go back to him.
