Bug Description:

Quest : Crio and the sandfish ? Velia docks
Step that is bugged : catch a sandfish
What is bugged with that step : quest doesnt complete after catching the sandfish, tried droping and retaking the quest etc, reloging, and on another char, same result, it just never completes.
