Quest: Delicate Mandrake

    When I talk to Gano and aquire the mandrake, I go to Krodis straight and talk to him. BUT, I cannot complete the quest. He does not let me finish the quest. I do not see any selections for finishing the quest when I talk to Krodis.
    Has anyone finished this quest?

    PS. I have failed this quest so many times because of this.
