Quest error: Held Sacred

    I was doing the quest Held Sacred step 2 when I released I could not enter inside of the "Haramel" (the portal is off doesn't even change the icone when i pass over it with the mouse). Also I couldn't find and locate with the map the creatures "Tursin Holy ground guard" and "Captured Tursin", both of the creatures that drops the quest item needed to finish the quest.
