quest: extract blackstone (basteer) from basteer longsword

hello , so there a quest that Black spirit give us a basteer weapon, i upgraded it and i throwed away it (because i begun another quest and forgot that was a quest item , also i m new i dont udnerstand very well), now i cant proceed with this quest because i dont have a basteer +1 to extract , i forfeit that quest and accepted it again but he dont give me another black stone (basteer). there's a place to drop it or a way for me receive from someone like trading or email ?

PS: nevermind i did it , its just take anyother weapon and upgrade it to +1 , after extract like if was a basteer :\ .
