    can anyone please tell me were the dungeons(jail) are usually located, am trying to fin hammel atm to interogate him...

    Here is Hammel's location in Beluslan Fortress. You can use /where <npcname> to locate mobs and npcs in game.

    /where+npcname works in most cases of quests...If the message says it exists it exists, should u go to the map point and u can t see him one of the two happens

    1)He is up or down from ur position
    2)There is somekind of obstacle/door that prevents u from seeing thenpc
