Quest Issue - Need some help!

I'm on the very last quest from the Valencia II quest line called "[Valencia] Clean Revenge" and I accidently abandoned the quest. Because I abandoned the quest I now can't re-accept the quest from my black spirit. Tried everything possible but nothing seems to work. Is there anything I can do to get the quest back?

 

Do you still have the Ancient Coins with you?

 

No sadly. I think I deleted them. How would I get them back?

First of all, be patient. You could just googled your answer for that instead of waiting.

There you'll find everything needed for complete your quest. In your case, you need to know which NPC gave you the Ancient Coins.
