    my friend and I accidentally dropped the item, could you help us get them back? it was a “forgotten secret of crowns”

    Items are not replaced that are lost due to player mistakes. That being said, if it's an item recieved and required for a quest and there's no other way to do so, message Noyah or Kolka. I'm sure in this case they'd be able to help.
