Quest Item

Hello I have one tiny problem which is I didnt recieve the Quest ITEM for the Archdaeva quest, Cuz I just made my char in lumiel and transfered it to siel and after I did that I waited for 5mins then I logged in, and I didnt recieve the quest Item nor the Mail

Quote from the guide post. Basically you can reset the quest (or PM a staff member)

1) Relog

if that does not work

2) type (if first part of quest 'Sealed Letter')

For Elyos : .questrestart 10520
For Asmodians : .questrestart 20520

Second Quest Step (Talk to Viola)

Elyos : .questrestart 10521
Asmodians : .questrestart 20521

That will restart your quest, and start it from the very start.

I didnt recieve the quest Item through mail... so there is no way I can quest the archdaeva

Could you let us know what your race is so a SAM could mail the letter to your character manually.
