Unfortuantely there is no quest chain as described on the BDO website: https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/2051/2/

At this moment you can only do the first quest in the chain, no other quests are offered.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Complete the first quest in this chain that Lara offers...there should be more than one.​

 

I think u wrong understand this chain. Its cuz u use bad base site

Look on requirements. Its not chain - u just allowed take 1 quest per day randomly. So possible bug cuz u take everyday always same quest but not one random quest?

I just finsihed my tests. 3 days i come to her and every day i got random quest. So its work as intended.
