Bug Description:

Unfortunately the Questline Thirst for Power #4 is STILL not possible to complete, if you do not outright kill the Cadry-mini-boss (not having maximum gear) then he will charge and/or jump at you and when it does it will almost always teleport around a bit then reset along with its Health.
This was moved to resolved although I have posted twice that the bug is NOT resolved.​

Thanks a bunch Kolka and Carl, whatever you did in the last patch fixed the Cadry-miniboss charge/jump attack problem. I have just finished the quest taking my sweet time in order to see if it really does work EVERY time the NPC did a charge/jump attack and it WORKS now!
