Quest problem Orders from Telemachus

    At level 19 you should be automatically granted this quest to be able to enter the eltnen zone, but for some reason, on 3 characters now i have not received this quest. I didnt see this in the known issues section, i was wondering maybe i'm missing something, but their arent any prerequisites for this quest.
