    Im trying to do this quest and im trying to find Provocateur Kaylis
    wich have to appear after i kill <unknown> amount of Escaped Dragonbounds

    So guys do u know where n when he appears?
    Anyone?

    that's how the quest goes:
    1. Speak with Killios.
    2. Offer your services to Kutos.
    3. Talk to Dungeon Manager Cleyos.
    4. Kill Escaped Dragonbound in the Mephitic Caverns until Provocateur Kaylis appears.
    5. Report back to Kutos.

    well tysm but aiondatabase is not updated to 3.0 yet

    this quest is Sarpan campaign =/ and seems like it gives nice shoes as reward ^^
