    Quest - Stringy Herb​
    Bug Description:
    The quest doesn't appear on the NPC you're supposed to accept it from.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    1. Press O
    2. Click the "Recurring Tab"
    3. Select "Capital of Calpheon Contribution"
    4. Attempt to accept the quest "Stringy Herb"    ​

    Rejected, quest work fine.
    Here u can check quest conditions: http://bddatabase.net/us/quest/3510/35/
    You must be 39+ level and u must have Amity > 0 from npc Michael
    Also check in your quest list panel at right of screen - all icons (quest types) must be active.
