    Hey guys im unsure what the quest is called or where to accept it. I always see the artifacts item that people post on the server chat. Just wondering where i can get one and it'll help me enhance thanks :)

    Yes, that's correct. Every step of the event has a time to start and end. Questline availability has ended on July 15th.
