Bug Description:

Below in the two links are the NPC references for BDOcodex. Neither one of the two, has this quest most likely because the quest was dropped, or because it is incorrectly translated and the wrong NPC name as well.

The real reason I wanted to report this quest, was because the drop-rate of the "Cardiac Blacks traces of black" (Cadry Black Mage), is far too low in comparison to the other item drop-rate (think it is warriors).
After killing nearly 1000 I had completed the warrior items in about 5 minutes, but after about an hour I hadn't gotten more than 6 of the Black Mages items.

However now I see that the questname is wrong, or doesn't exist, and that it isn't the correct NPC listed in the quest description either ​

This quest not translated in BDO on moment of patch. All quests on Korean we have used Google Translation, but exact this Bolero npc name u can see on my screenshot.

Correct, however the drop rate of the "Dark Essences", from the Cadry Black Mages, is far too low in comparison to the entire rest of the game. You just might to check out the numbers.
