Quest working but not it is not no more

    The Quest Turning Horn ,,, use to work you get alot of experince points from it

    114,887,600 to be exact u start them at 28 and then u goto 59 then u repeat again for 65

    it does not work no more dragon horn is not dropping anymore for the quest .

    why ? i try help friend's lvl up but now it don't work . please help answer .
