    If armors and weps have to be at it's maxed enchant (+15) before amplifying to +16 to 20. How about Arbiter sets and weps, can we still amplify them even if there has no enchant lvl on those purple items? Thanks!

    gear calc.png I might be wrong, but this gear calculator says that I can amplify lethal elite's gs to +20, though I still need to begin at amplification level 1 :|

    The equipment itself will say if amplification is available or not.
    Just like it would say tradable, tunable, etc.

    Arbiter / Principal items can be amplified however after amplifying, you're going to start to enchant it from 1 to 20. I just tested it myself and still testing as I am writing this.

    @Zellot he's sure and confirmed it's purchasable from General Goods Merchants (Tools)
    Stones can be droped by bosses just like plume boxes from + lvl 50 instances (stones)
