What manastones is better for Assa?
and what stigmas?

 

As for Manastones..
I'd personally advice Atk / Crit.. Perhaps a lil M.acc if your gears are decent enough to go for some.
I won't really give a long explanation about this.. I'ts simply the regular yet most decent build for assassins.. There are some which use M.boost.. but I really find that retarded.

Adn when it comes to stigmas..
The best build is ofc the Korean. Which has mostly Basic stigmas on evey slot except for Sensry Boost..
But if you wanna start playing ass .. I'd advice Quickening Doom Tree + Flurry + Aethertwisting + Ambush
