Question about ascension on rings + enchants

I have a question about ascension on rings and enchants on them. I've seen people have 5/5 ascension and with pvp physical + pvp magical how can I enchant my own rings to have such?

 

You enchant those by using Tempering Solutions. You get PVP stats every ups.

 

As what Domochan said, you ascend your accessories using Tempering Solutions. There are many ways to get them.
* Customized battleground portals like 1v1, TvT, Infinity Shard, etc. that spawn in Sanctum and Pandaemonium.
* Trading
* Webshop (5 pcs. for 500 credits)

- There are also instance bosses that have a small chance to drop Tempering Solutions.
