Question about bonus AP and DP

Hello, I recently came back to the game and saw this "bonus stats" as shown on the screenshot. Do these really work or it is bugged? I can't clear properly without either lacking damage or dying.
I tried to go on these spots:
- Hystria : Can kill them, takes some time but I die quickly
- Manshaum : I take more time than needed to kill the mobs, and take quite some damage

I also tried Ronaros and Star's end out of curiosity, I know I can't do much there but still, I'm getting one-shot.
Not good at all at MMORPGS so I'm asking here if it's just me or there's a problem.
I could use some advices if i'm just bad

 

Well off the top of my head, it is due to your lacking DP, it is below 300...you should really do something about that, however there is another reason as well, that the monsters on GamezBD have been boosted, so they are harder than on retail in general.
