Question about infinite hp potion

Are the 3 items from mobs, dropable on this server, because from blood wolfs I didn't got an item in like 40-50 hours so I want to be sure if the drop for the item is on

 

Yes, it does drop, but don't forget that it's a really rare drop based on RNG. Also, Blood Wolf Settlement is one of the spots with less mobs to grind Infinite Potion parts.
I started mine there, after several hours I went after Tintinnabulum and Panacea... Did 1 hour of grinding basicaly every other day, got both of them with Drop Event running.
The day I got it happened with less than 20min each.
PS: I'm still after Kagtunak... xD
