question about the game

is killing a player that is outside a safe zone and afk against any ToS of this server just curious i got told ill be banned for this and was just curious if that was against ToS didnt see anything in the actual ToS about it

 

Well in general it is interferring with the gameplay of another player, whether that player is AFK or not, so it can be interpreted as harassment, which is definately against the Terms Of Service / Terms Of Agreement.
HOWEVER it doesn't actually say that doing so is an "illegal"-act, so it is up to debate unlike repeatedly killing someone and trying to claim "my spot" (like some spoiled toddler), since that is only a thing on Retail-bdo.

If you want Open-World-PvP ALL the time, you can always go to the Arsha-server-channel.

So all in all, no...not really...but also yes...however in the right circumstances.

Most of all, I can only ask you, the offending player, what were you thinking that lead you to the idea, that killing an AFK-player (where-ever it might be), would be a good thing?
