Question about transfer character to another server

    If I transfer a character to another server, if all the basic skills and stigma skills I stay active or I have to buy the book and attach stigma skill skills first?

    You just have to buy stigma skills, books are automatic.

    Everything on the character that you are transferring will be moved over besides your kills, AP, Legion and friends.
