    Hello!!! Deathangel i have the tbt and ddl weapon to exchange it in one katalium weapon but i dont have vip yet!!!......i need vip? to send to your char ari the ddl weapon and tbt?!!!...or work and without vip?....exist a way to exchange that without vip?!!...i want that blu glow,i have the mats,but i need vip!!!!!!!is not fair...

    Yes, you need VIP to mail me certain items for the upgrade, such as DDL weapons.
    However, you can still purchase costumes and consumables which require TBTs only.

    Next time read the event thread, everything is explained there, or simply send me a pivate message.
