    Used to be in Loyalties there was a death reset coupon you could purchase to reset the death counter on mounts. Has that been removed or is it just temporarily missing???

    It has been removed because mount's death doesn't affect anything, not anymore.
    Also, another item has been added to fill its place, which is obtainable through a Weekly Quest:
    https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/2058/1/
    You'll receive "Rich Nutritious Carrot Meal" once you complete the quest and you can use this item to reset your mount's death count to 0.
