[Question]Player Transfer Service

I'm still waiting for it to be fixed but since I'd ask this sooner or later then might as well do it now while waiting for it to be fixed.

I'm thinking of spending 1500 credits for this service just to have a dual race account in Lumiel. If I create an Asmodian character in Siel and transfer it to Lumiel then I'll have a dual race account but would it also allow me to create more Asmodian characters in my account at Lumiel as long as I have vacant slot(s)?
