[Question]What's going on with the lvl 30 blue sets?

Are these armors untradeable? or I can trade them just with VIP?

I tried trading them but with no luck. I don't want to remodel them to white armor.
And I don't understand why they make stuff like this untradeable not like it's that hell of a good gear like ABG.

I guess I should write a mail to Carl and ask him.

(I have the item pack...I can trade anuhart's and stuff like that)

 

I guess I'm the only one interested in this.
