    I wonder why the skill unwavering Devotion is not working for stumbles? Thus it is not serving its proper purpose.

    There's still a chance to get stumbled/stunned during UD, if that's what you're thinking is broken.

    Since stumble rate is broken again I won't doubt it's going through UD nearly the same rate as if not having it on like it did before.
