Question

Hello , i was wondering since everyone has balic desings, for weapon remodels or gears, uhm..
For example i just want to craft cuz im bored and i like to farm XD , So i just simply cannot find Balic Design: Star Dragon's Sword at all i tried at the npc where every site gave the location of that npc, i found it, but it didnt have the desings.. Can anyone help me with it? or such as WDK remodels n stuff, i cannot find anything T_T Thanks in advance
