Question

Is the Siel server a west coast server or where is it located? WHen I logged on to create a character it recommended Lumiel to me but said it was an east coast server. Also do you have to have the game fully installed before playing or is my game bugged where it doesn't load anything including the characters you're trying to create?

The gamez servers are located near Chicago.
Both of them.
You can create characters on both servers.
Siel has a full stigma system which means you can use all the skills coded for your class.
Lumiel is retail like. Both servers have high rates. You can check the rates on http://gamezaion.com

You need to wait untill the NCSoft launcher downloads the game entirely or you'll miss some game files and will encounter bugs.
Entirely meaning till the end of stage 9/9.

To add. You have to downgrade to 4.5.0.14. That's probably the reason why your having those issues as well.

 

I was afraid I'd have to wait for it to fully load. It takes so damn long to download Aion :-(

 

dont be afraid its normal to download that kinda long it depends also on your net speed

~we players experience that too!!

 

I wish I would have thought about going to a private server before I uninstalled Aion from my computer last week lol
