how are people who rely on votes able to get BL faster? are they multivoting?

 

Well, if you tag some1, better send a private msg to him. As about your question, multivoting it s not rlly working now , since Carl added the 10 mins online daily spcly for this issue.

but I always see people who rely on voting getting BL in a short amount of time, why is that?

 

How can you know this? No matter what you still need to vote, about 16 days for 1 bl item, but well nowdays ppls have Smartphones,IQphones, so yes can be faster abit than usual

 

I usually donate but from people who are from Philippines and play in cafes it they usually say they get it from voting but since its a cafe many people are voting

 

Better use your phone to vote with your own data, so you won't hesitate for other people voting in same ips.

 

Well there's no multivoting exist now especially if your no longer online in 7 days or more and then your voting account will be temporary lock and you need to be online back again so that you can vote back again that's all. And maybe they get buy fast BL weapons and etc because they got more accounts i guess but I'm not sure about that

 

If the system prevents you from voting with multiple accounts then it doesn't really matter if they got more than one account, right?

 

Of course and also they can no longer get to vote because they will receive two kinds of punishment either permanent ban or IP banned i guess.

 

There are different ways to deal with those who choose to violates the rules and vote with different accounts. Also, IP ban cannot be a solution. There are free softwares which allows you to change your current IP.
