Question..

I'm pretty new to this server.. (2 days old), But i couldn't help reading the post regarding the use of PayPal, and the response given. Ill be completely honest, setting up PayPal for donation use only is pretty straight, forwards; yes they will ask you to provide irrelevant information regarding this gaming network etc, but it sure would put a couple of smiles on peoples faces.
If needed i could help you out with it if you're not sure.
Basically I'm trying to find a private server thats hosting a good enough game, for myself and some University friends, we tend to spend hundreds of US dollars for fun (you might be thinking.. Idiot ). And i would be quite disappointed to have to find another server because 'sorting out PayPal is too hard'.

As i said setting it up isn't rocket science and if you need to cover the costs of servers, this method of payment is sufficient and efficient enough..

All I'll advise is, make sure that you want to donate. Refunding your donation after wards will get you banned.

So, be sure if it's worth it or not.

 

of course its easy to set it up properly. Carl just doesn't know how, and his, aeon's, and karissa's paypals are currently frozen because of it.

 

lol perfect world is a great game, takes along time to get into it, the same as this game as I dont know what im doing the majority of the time. And yes the server is still up and running, it started off with one server and because of the funding (donations) from the general public they have bought another. I wont advertise the gaming network on this forum but just google it if you're interested. I left/ got myself banned because of politics and children lol lots of them, not to sure what you will find there.

 

well there was a lot of drama here about a month ago but things have setlled down now, as for the community, Id say its like most others

 

the types of drama that occurred with Perfect World, was the item drop rate. people got jealous of a specific team that always received very rare items and no one else did.. and rich to poor people. Going back on what i said, does anyone want to be a star for me? i mean, i cannot/ dont know how to do this one quest on my own loool i failed again

 

The drama here was more of a forum drama, but Id rather not get into detail. Whats the quest you need help with? Some of them are broken and cant be completed.

I haven't logged in since PayPal went down.

 

i guess when PayPal was up, 'Gamez' was signed up for donations only, and PayPal became suspicious of large payments.. and asked for more information incase of fraud; and the information wasn't provided? lol
Even though im based in Britain; my ping whilst connected to the server is fairly good. loving where the server is.. United States -> Michigan -> Lansing so i guess if he wants to run a business on the side.. then giving up an hour isn't much to ask..

anyways back to the question regarding the question, My characters on the server: Lumiel, and from your status's im guessing you guys are on the first server.. but anyhow, im lvl 35-40 not a clue doing lvl 20 quests.. a quest on new wings or flying :innocent:
