how can i update my client to 2.0 can some body tell me the steps.... and if theres any patch to download pls give me the link ..thanks.

 

open your NCsoft, and start updating your Aion to 2.0.0.4 and wait till it finish and WAIT till the server will become 2.0 if you dont want any buggs

 

I'm giving this step assuming you downloaded the client from Gamez or other private server, not from NCSoft.

You'll need NCSoft Launcher. You can download it here. Just find the download link.
After u downloaded it, open it up to install it. Wait til it done.
Next run the NCSoft launcher. The launcher will check for launcher's updates. This may take sometime. Just be patient.
After that the games list will appear. Right click on Aion, choose properties. Now at install path, click browse, and bring it to Aion.bin in bin32 folder in your Aion folder. Then click OK.
Next is the update a.k.a. repairing. The Aion should be appeared as installed games now. Click it and click repair/update at the bottom. Then wait until it's done. It takes 6.5gb for me, maybe it's because my client was from another private server. Anyway, just wait until the process done.
When it's done, the Play button should be enabled. Click play and if you can manage it to the login screen, congrats your Aion has been 2.0.0.4.
Final step is wait for announcement from GM if 2.0 already live

9.5 GB if you install a fresh new aion client. If you update, it shouldn't be that big. 6.5gb is for me. When you open the NC Launcher, do not click install on aion. Just right click, properties, then browse and take it to aion.bin in bin32 folder at your Aion folder. It will recognize it and scanning its files to determine whether it needs updates or not.
