Questionable Banning

I've read a lot of questions about people getting ban because of Multi-voting.
and then clicking there ban tab seeing there's no proof or something.

I'm not pro-admin nor an anti. I'm just that curious.

Why do AMs say "without proof we can't just ban someone"
and then banning someone because multi-voting without showing them the proof?


you know, like someone can accuse somebody with multi-voting and doesn't present a
proof because AMs doesn't too.

 

Those are banned by the admins or the system itself. That's why.
