Questionnaire window issue !! Help please

Hi people,

I'm new on Siel server, and I get a issue:

I cant accept gifts on the "Questionnaire window" (a questionnaire has arrived), so I cant access next questionnaire...

anyone know how to solve it ???:innocent:

Some questionnaires require you to pick more than one item - so make sure this isn't one of those special instances. Also, do you have space in your inventory for the item?

 

Make sure you select the items you want if there are multiple items to choose from (hold Ctrl and click) also if you open it up and close it, it will get a little buggy so relog and take all the ones you have stacked in one go.

 

Thanks people for your answer !! Yes, I had to choose several stuff at once so, I had to use hold clic + CTRL!!
