Questions about the server Launch

    1. What will the rates?
    Combat Exp, Skill Point EXP, Pet , Horse, Life skills, Amity, etc
    Gathering rates and amounts, Farming, trade item drop rates, rates from scrolls (Muskan, Giath), Wold bosses rates (would not like to see kzarka dropping 8 weapons 3-4 times a day)

    2. Any thoughts on improving Valencia?
    There was a post a few weeks ago with some suggestions that should be easily implemented. As always, 0 feedback from the staff.

    3. Is trading going to be enabled?

    4. Is gathering going to be infinite? Are desert Gatekeepers going to permanently re-spawn as they do now?

    5. Will players get free pearls?

    6. T8 Horses? Horse Races?

    As for me i known about some part of questions.
    3. nope its will be in future updates.
    4. gathering will be fixed before launch, infinite gatekeepers - pm me ticket ill check.
    6. t8 horses present in last client patch, after we release new client update it will be accessible.
    7. if u mean do we will continue develop - sure we will continue update server with same speed. This phase mean now server have tools to log if something duped, special signals for prevent some exploits in economic which can be dangerous for gameplay. Players want play and known that someday they will not be deleted cuz of change develop state. So after we do this update - they will known they can safely play. If we got any economic bug and some player will gave strange data in database - our logs will show it and we can cleared it and fix without touch other accounts.

    As for the Economic part of it, here is what I meant:
    BDO doesn't have a direct trade system for most items. So, BDO market prices are centered around player base and incomes of money. rough example: if you do an average of money generated on the server by all players (mobs, quests, etc) you will notice that the average isn't quite high per player. If you account the difficulty / time spent to acquire certain items VS their market price, you will quickly understand that most items lost their value.
    For example, as it is now, why would someone buy common armors and weapons (that drop a lot) when a boss weapon drops more than 20 times a day? The same way, why would I buy a boss weapon when it drops so much?
    This example applies to a lot of things. This makes the market stale completely and die. No player wants to buy so no player will sell.

    This also applies to life skills. If you have infinite gathering, it will be super easy to do elixirs (that don't work btw) and meals, making it not sell on the market, as it is too easy. Life skills become "for self use only".
    I could go on and on, like memory fragment scrolls being too easy (making fishing kind of useless) and over-enchanting extremely easy, etc.

    Bottom of the line is: some things should remain more or less as retail as it was tailored to be balanced.
    -Boss weapons and armors should not drop as in beta
    -Scrolls for memory fragments should be more or less as retail (I have more than 500 in inventory at the moment)
    -Gathering should not be infinite (but also not as retail, as we don't have multiple channels)

    If you need any "help" discussing these aspects, I'm sure that there are tons of players who play the game since it was launched and would be more than willing to discuss these matters, in order to make the server something a bit more balanced and not full inventories of items with no value.
