questions with "Bugged" Skills

The thing about the ranger bugged skill is that it gives a huge advantage.

 

Everyone keeps saying it's a bug, but it's NOT a bug because there's a passive range boost skill for rangers. If any ranger will look up their skills, you'll find that there's a passive skill that boost your range of attacks which means if a skill is normally 25m, it gets boosted maybe 3-5 meters since it doesn't even say how far it boosts it. With Sniper Stance whatever meter it is * 10% = even more meters as I've said in a previous topic and a previous poster Furious said "Passiveranged skill - does not state how much range it ads, skills say 25m but have noticed we can shoot at 27-28m, ad sniper stance to that could reach 30-35m?"

Go try it with a ranger. ~_~

As you can see I cannot shoot 33meter with sniper stance on.

 

what we need is a fraps vid of a ranger just spamming all his skills at all distances and see how far he is when his skills proc

 

you cant atack if you are at same altitude.
