    I got to buy all the items arbiter
    To get put augment on items do I need to ap for this?
    And is there another way to win after killing other players?
    Is there a BG with any special schedule to win?

    requires AP...
    doesn't necessary require AP...you can drop this Major Blessed Augment: Level 2 going to Levinshor and opening "Bastion's Eternal Treasure" (huge gold box) and you will drop Defender's Augment Bundle, this item will allow you to augment every item you have equipped on your character...
    the only BG it doesn't require to PVP/PVE is the Speed-Race one
