queston about lumiel

is the only real difference from siel, other then population, a working stigma system?

and, about said stigma system, do you need to farm the actual stones or is there a vendor somewhere?

 

The official vendors sell the normal stigma stones, while NPCs sell almost all advanced stigmas for AP in the Cloister of Kaisinel (Elyos) and Convent of Marchutan (Asmodian).

 

The stigma system is mostly working on Lumiel. You can purchase stigmas (normal and advanced) from vendors; however, the new emu has a bug that sometimes causes newly equipped stigmas to become unequipped. One guild member went through thousands of shards every time he logged in.

 

That..had to help the economy for shards.
