Race Governor

I ported out as well. Problem? It was obvious that the ely were going to win, why give free ap?
Personally imo I dont care that he ported out. Everyone was pretty much dead to begin with durring last nights rvr. If you have an issue with that fact.

Nevermind the fact that it took a really long time to setup and get people ready. Time is valuable.
This issue of porting out or not porting; frankly it shouoldn't matter at all.

A governor should be like the asmo sorc Unfavored; summon an illusion gate in the middle of the fight and teleport away, while leaving your own guildmates to die.

 

How does one get a governor rank? I dont see any elyos governor. Only animate governor.

 

a Governor.. i think he's good coz he got all those AP to gain that rank and i dont care if he leaves his comrades or not, its up to the player you know.. in PVP, your concentrating on how to gain AP and kill the players on the other race not helping your comrades.. well, if he can still think of them, much better..

 

The reason why we are losing is because our high ranks or higher geared asmodians are too scared to front in race versus race. Everybody was going backwards!

Don't deserve my race or the star I carry? I do so more than plenty of elyos on lumiel who ONLY ZERG. Primum? 20+ Ely there? Can't port in to fight? Ingg, over zerg for 6 people? You people simply don't understand how to pvp on the other brighter side.

Asmo zerg in gelk normally depending on the situation at best 15 people maybe 20 25 on a REALLY good day. Then again, ely zerg is what 2 full alliance? Ely don't have any right to say anything, nor do other asmos who don't even bother to pvp. Look at legion rankings. Two two asmo legions......under 35 people. Explain how then....legions with under 35 people are holding the top server spot. And soon to be the top two server legions?

Oh wait, I bet you cant. As to the subject more at hand. If people tried to rez and fight that was their choice to give up more ap in a hopeless situation. How many times to ELY Run when out numbered and port away? Countless. Ely don't fight with out out numbering their opponents it's that simple. So your point is absolutely muted. Thank you.

 

I don't blame you for porting out but next time you see 48 people (2 full alliances) in Ingisson together, please take a screenshot of that for me .

lol, it might have been less but; the last time we got ely zerged there. It was a rediculious ammount over 20 at the least. I stopped counting and dont have that auto counter thing. My numbers might be slightly exagerated but......there are over 25 which is still over a full alliance.

Btw tim, thanks for not blaming us for porting. I am sure if you were in the same position you would have done the same thing, it only makes sense right?

 

Why are people still talking about zerging

 

Agreeddddd !!! PUHAHAHA...

First: I was governor for a long time and almost on both sides (asmo gov+elyos gov)
(i know we dont care ), and yes, they are just the heaviest AP farmers...
governors just get this rank because they are very active/playing on zergs. I became governor by zerging in inggison
(rate: 7.5m+ AP and 480+ kills per day)...then i decided to play by a more interesting way (solo)
there are a way better players -probably low ranked- than them =)

Second: don't forget, a governor is still a simple player like you and me...so he has no diety, to protect you for example...
And don't forget, a governor is "THE MAN TO KILL" so he is overtargeted...i don't think he could really protect you, when he has 70% of the enemy zerg...on his ass ^^

Third: A really skilled/brave governor plays solo...if a governor only rush on zergs...then he isn't really recognized as "a good/best" player...but just a noob zerger like many others. Playing solo as "governor" is a way harder...but Fun


And if you want to know what i think about governors... the only thing i can advice them, is to not keep this rank a lot of time...at the begining you are happy to be the supposed "Top 1" BUT...

being governor only brings problems:
raging enemies, overtargeted so you can't play as you would like to...,ppl pm you 15 times/sec, sometimes you get insulted by many players... and many other annoying things happening when you are governor
(only on governors), wich can just disgust you from the game

My personal opinion is that a governor must fight and show the way to rush. push his faction to rush and not to fear the enemy. he must motivate them if you want...not being scared to lose AP, because AP don't mean anything.

True, but a governor has a special status.
well, you can't really understand how it's a pain to play as governor if you don't play governor a lot of time...

ps: I decided to wipe myself my AP because this was almost impossible to play as governor for me...
and even now, it's a pain for me to play...dunno if it was because i was governor a long time...but well, it's still a pain to play.

In the end, i regret to have been gov on gamez, and if i had the choice to return in the past, i wouldn't become governor anymore...LUL
