Ranger crit rate

    couple days ago before the dmg reduction i had 600 critical strike on my ranger and i crited about 70% of the time. After the damage reduction update i believe the crit rate got nerfed or something, when i had 600 i only critted about 20% of the time, so i went up to almost 900 crit(with attributes from food/scrolls) and it still crits at less than or about 40% or the time.
