    so if you guys don't have any problem, then my character its bugged. i don't do this stagger/kb the other player.(only after stunning shot+rupture arrow)

    I don't think so. as i also haven't seen it happen with my ranger. but! i never pay attention to it anyways. and i rely on my skill stuns rather than the passive ones.

    And! i only notice this on my sin cause i don't have any skill for bow, all i can do is attack attack attack. so it's procs are noticeable.
