this was in the ingame report i just couldnt belive how cold they were to him after getting hacked even though they have no proof that this poor guy did anything wrong he got his account hacked all his stuff taken he had screen shots and as normal players get shafted with this reply

Sadly our policy is that if you get hacked its not our responsibility since the only way your account could have gotten hacked is by
1. you shared your account information
2. you visited a scam site promising to give you extra credits/kinah/items
3. poor protection on your computer such as anti virus's/firewalls etc
4. had an easy password that was guessable

wow what warm hearts gamezaion have again take money and screw the player or even if the guy that got hacked by no fault of his own no mercy from them

 

I think you just like seeing your name in General Discussion.... stop making useless threads. If the account holder had a problem HE would have come to the forums to post, i understand you are just voicing your opinion, but you're making countless threads that are just getting closed because of YOU.

I think its time you give it a rest for tonight and get some sleep and try to come back tomorrow with a much calmer attitude

 

If you really feel the need to continue this, then the forums are the worst place to try and have it resolved.

I speak honestly here, not as a moderator. People are 95% more likely to flame you and say "LOLOLOL RETARD LOGGED INTO A HACK WEBSITE LOL" than anything positive.

Your best bets would be to e-mail Carl, Alente, or Lautoro asking about policies in further detail... or to have them look into this particular case in greater detail.

Reality though? There are a HUGE amount of players that play on this server. It is, therefore, needed to raise an eyebrow and question the potential motives of an individual when something like this arises. Therefore rules and policies as summarized for you (and I assume you quoted) need to be treated like such.


In terms of the "screw the player" part... half of me wants to edit it from your post because that is flamebait galore... and far from the truth. But I won't. Gamezaion here isn't here, and hasn't been ranked as a top server, because they are a hit-and-run "business". I thought that people kind of were dispelled of that dillusion after gamez past the one-year mark... quite some time ago now.

 

There are lots of other possible ways to get hacked this site being one of them. So for them to say toughs reasons with out looking into the matter is just plain ignorant and idiotic.

Although must of the time it's user error and not the product makers/owners.. How ever i have notice that the head owners here really don't give a damn. That's natural though once something has been up for awhile they will lose interest and that is what it seems like is happening to gamez aion. I hope they prove me wrong about this statement.

But you seem to have forgoten the "Hack explosion" that occured a few months ago now... where a person who owned a website that was probably giving kinah/items away to people who gave their information (supposedly)... and then he came to these forums and posted all over the place their usernames, passwords...


Saying "These people deserve to get hacked".

Likewise, the list wasn't too small ;p. Therefore its not always easy to say "so and so is innocent, lets fully refund everything so they can try the next website!".

But, you'd need someone else to comment on that o.o

You are responsible for your own accounts security.
