Really old player question...

Hello everyone, i'm gonna try to be as concise as possible.
it's been a long while since the last time i played aion, so long that i forgot how to play the game lol
Nevertheless i miss playing this game for some odd reasons (nostalgia ?)
Since this server is still alive with almost a decade of existence, i figured it certainly means something...
so is it still fun to play ? how is the community ? how many people are online on average ?
I intend to cash shop my way to some decent gears or even max gears if possible,i hate the grind to get gears ... i just want some pvp and fun with online folks.

yea its still fun and server will update on 22 december and its good time for old and new players to come back now couse aion will change completley on 6.2
