    It only activates when the unfavored race reaches 23% influence or below. anything above that (24% or above) means the buff does not activate. (and still, the buff seems to be bugged and not working lolz)

    The buff actually does work.

    Tested it the other week with a flat damaging skill. Race changes between having and not having the buffed produced a damage increase as expected against a player character with all other variables constant.

    Stop spamming my forum btw Joseph - it's rude.
