"Reconnecting/Disconnected..." Loop EU server issues

Hi everyone, it's been a few days that I can't play properly without encounting those disconnection issues, it's getting really annoying.
Early in the morning (when the server isn't really full) I don't have any lag/connectivity issues, everything works just fine, but when the evening comes the problems comes too and I get disconnected like 20 times an hour... Nothing loads, no npc interraction, no guild names, my character isn't fully loaded, inventory impossible to use and so on it's just impossible to play... Also I noticed It usually happens after a character switch, like I just get kicked from the server...
Is anyone else experiencing the same ???
What happened to EU servers ? I remember being logged in with +2000 ppl online and there wasn't such connection issues...
(+ my boyfriend gets the same issue, he can stay logged on his main for a long time without encountering issues, but gets the same issues after a char switch and game becomes impossible to play... so it clearly isn't a hardware issue.)
EDIT: WE GOT A TIP ! To avoid the switch character connection issue, get your characters out of populated locations like Velia and go somewhere empty (like on a road) and then switch chars, you'll get the disconnection thing once, but after that you should be staying connected correctly. + you should also avoid play in remastered graphics, it considerably slows things up.
