Reconsider every 1v1; 2v2; (AM hosted) event rules

All fear means is that I have to use it or I lose to you. SM's shouldn't have to rely on fears but if we do, it means either we suck, or you're really good / well geared. I for one love a challenge. There's lots of great players in this server and there's lots of bad ones. I like being able to use all of my skills in duels and 1v1's. It's no fun if I have to hold back to make the duel last longer.

 

Xperta best kiteru' 2017, but still sometimes is not easy to win, while the glad/sin can just auto attack lol. The bad part with the melee classes now, is that they got high ma/acc thanx' to the new ms^^ pretty bad for the mages when they are rooted or else.

 

Don't use bind and i won't only autoattack seru. Yeah the MA on precision stones is a bit odd, would have expected it to be in willpower/knowledge instead.
