recovering account!!!

GM's is it possible to recover my account? see i have my old account in gamezaion and its almost 5 months since my last play.. and when i try to log in, in gamezaion website to my see my chracter and my items its said "That user does not exist in our database. Click Here to Register" plss help me i want to play again and i want to recover my account.. and when i try to register using the same username i dont have my chracter it seems that my account is al wipe out in you database... i have my old screen shot below. in log in and in game picture...

 

I got 7months without playing, i know its sad but i also lost my account, i was wearing full abg acc, set, and wep. all + , and yeah, it sucks bro. im restarting from 0, at least i have friends to help me out starting back

 

After an update a few months ago it was stated that any accounts with more than 3-4 months of inactivity would be deleted. That is the reason why you're getting that message.

You could email [email protected] and request for assistance about this matter but I have little hope you'll be able to get your account back if it was indeed deleted. Hopefully a backup was made.
