Red Battle Field exploit

I know there have already been numerous posts about how badly the PvP situation is in The Red Battle Field, but alas it has come to my attention that some players log into the RBF only to stand around the spawning area never to join the actual battle at all, or join and then leave the battle area to collect resources instead of joining in the actual battle.
I personally know how discouraging it is to enter for the first time just to try out how it is to play the PvP aspect of this game which is quite dominating (or so it is marketed), but the many problems with how the situation is at the moment is why I am making this thread. The only way to get rid of the immediate problem of players joining The Red Battle Field (RBF) only to exploit the winnings of other players is to report them, this has to be done by the players actively fighting in there and it can be quite confusing as well as something you can overlook if you want to rejoin the battle quickly, but the fact that it is happening makes the RBF even less of an attraction to the players who want to try PvP; the reason being that the team to which the exploiters join will be out of balance in comparison to the other side having at least one player less actually fighting for their side.

Talking about balancing the RBF once again I would just like to ask if it is a possibility to make a low geared version of the RBF for beginners and player who just wanna check it out without the horrid experience of being slaughtered over and over again without even having a chance against full geared players?

Have not been doing RBF recently but I was addicted for it during weekend past few months lol.
AFAIK You can't AFK more than a certain number of minutes in game.
You also can't join if it's less than 10minutes remaining already and you can't control which team you will be on, if you joined a certain team then went out and back in again, it will let you in on the same team.
Were you able to check how many minutes they are AFK? They never disconnect now??
I think it's 3-5mins or so since I just did that accidentally before, can't remember how really long lol
